A major player in Saudi Arabia's rapidly expanding EV ecosystem needed to deliver the core mobile app and operations management platform for the first nationwide fast-charging network. The product needed to support B2B onboarding (pre-created accounts), rich video/audio content, journals and feedback flows, and allow rapid creation of new coaching programmes without manual overhead. At the same time, the backend had to be cloud-native, cost-efficient at low usage, and capable of scaling to tens of thousands of concurrent users.
